The ViscribeAI Zapier integration enables you to automate image analysis workflows without writing code. Connect ViscribeAI with your favorite apps to:
  • Automatically analyze images uploaded to cloud storage
  • Extract data from receipts and invoices
  • Classify product images for e-commerce workflows
  • Generate descriptions for content management systems
  • Trigger actions based on image content

Getting Started

Step 1: Add ViscribeAI to Your Zap

  1. Visit the ViscribeAI integration page on Zapier
  2. Go to Zapier and create a new Zap
  3. Search for “ViscribeAI” in the app directory
  4. Select ViscribeAI as your action app

Step 2: Connect Your Account

  1. Click “Connect a new account”
  2. Enter your ViscribeAI API key (found in your dashboard)
  3. Click “Yes, Continue” to save the connection

Step 3: Configure Your Action

Choose from available ViscribeAI actions:
  • Describe Image: Generate detailed descriptions and tags
  • Extract Data: Extract structured data from images
  • Classify Image: Categorize images into predefined classes
  • Ask Question: Answer questions about image content
  • Compare Images: Compare two images side-by-side

Tips for Best Results

Make sure your image URLs are publicly accessible. Zapier needs to be able to fetch the image to send it to ViscribeAI.
  • Use Public URLs: Ensure images are accessible via HTTP/HTTPS
  • Optimize Image Size: Large images may take longer to process
  • Set Up Error Handling: Use Zapier’s error handling features for failed requests
  • Monitor Usage: Track your API usage in the ViscribeAI dashboard
